EPAM is seeking an experienced Delivery Director to drive Life Sciences delivery and growth across France. In this role, you will own end-to-end technical delivery, lead teams, and advise CXOs while expanding existing key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams delivering data and cloud transformation programs (GxP-aware)
- Partner with clients to define AI business cases, roadmaps and architecture, as well as work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, UX designers and product owners
- Own account delivery excellence, KPIs, quality, risk and compliance
- Act as billable CXO advisor on data, cloud, R&D, manufacturing and digital transformations
- Contribute to shaping proposals, work with Account Management and Sales Teams on resales/renewals, cross-sell and upsell, continuously identifying new opportunities for emerging GenAI capabilities and their integration within enterprise ecosystems
- Build and leverage a strong French Life Sciences network to open doors and grow pipelines
- Align with global EPAM capabilities, partners (e.g., Hyperscalers) and delivery centers
