We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) to join the HQ Automation division and our AI/LLM Team, which focuses on developing automation solutions to improve the efficiency of our Customer Service teams using modern technologies. The AI/LLM Team develops solutions on top of our CRM/ERP platform, contributes to building AI/LLM models, develops its own services, and extends the functionality of the Camunda orchestration platform to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
- Backend development of the CRM/ERP product using Python, primarily with the Django framework
- Working with Camunda, including supporting its infrastructure
- Integrating with LLM models and developing and maintaining services for working with them
- Designing service architecture, making technical decisions, decomposing and estimating tasks, and participating in the Code Review process
- Consulting with System Analysis, QA, and Technical
- Support teams
- Managing development projects within the stream and coordinating team resources to achieve project goals.
