We're looking for a Delivery Director – Life Sciences & Healthcare to join our team in Paris in a hybrid working mode. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and expand EPAM’s Life Sciences and Healthcare portfolio across France.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams delivering GxP-aware data and cloud transformation programs
Partner with clients to define AI business cases, roadmaps and architectures, collaborating with AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, UX designers and product owners
Own account delivery excellence, including KPIs, quality, risk and compliance
Act as billable CXO-level advisor on data, cloud, R&D, manufacturing and digital transformation strategies
Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development, working with Account Management and Sales to drive renewals, resales, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Identify and integrate emerging GenAI capabilities within enterprise ecosystems
Build and leverage a strong French Life Sciences network to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships
Align with global EPAM capabilities, working closely with hyperscaler partners and offshore/nearshore delivery centers
