We are looking for a solid, hands-on Back-End Engineer to join our engineering team and lead application development for our next-generation operational platform. You will be building an AI-enabled platform designed to improve production operations efficiency and reduce downtime through advanced analytics and intelligent automation.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of feature delivery — gather requirements, anticipate edge cases, produce robust system designs, and implement solutions independently
- Design and develop high-quality, reliable, secure back-end operational services on Microsoft Azure, aligning with enterprise standards
- Collaborate closely with a small team of highly skilled engineers on technical decisions, thorough code reviews, and shared delivery outcomes
- Participate in rapid iteration cycles with end users, translating feedback into secure, scalable enhancements
- Contribute to architectural decisions that shape product direction and maintain technical documentation in Azure DevOps
