Responsibilities

• Evolve and elevate Pinterest’s performance creative across social and digital touchpoints
• Create high-impact, globally recognized creative solutions that drive the business forward.
• Deliver work that demonstrates excellence both for the Pinterest brand and the industry at large.
• Iterate quickly and communicate ideas across various levels of fidelity, with the ability to receive feedback constructively as well as provide feedback to others.
• Single-handedly develop pixel-perfect graphic assets.
• Be a source of inspiration for the House of Creative more broadly. You will collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, producers, and marketers to shepherd the brand forward.
• Present and articulate the thinking behind your work to key stakeholders, creative directors and team members.
• Craft compelling visual stories, using key insights to “sell” in visual concepts and make our message as powerful and influential as possible.
• Leverage all available AI tools to assist and optimize your existing workflow—from prompt engineering for static and motion assets to generating AI VO and AI music.
