Fun Fruit is looking for an Agronomist To provide expert agrotechnical advice for the effective management of the orchards.

Responsibilities

Provide expert agrotechnical advice for the effective management of the orchards.
Handle plant care, soil cultivation, irrigation, fertilisation and disease prevention.
Study the condition of soils and plants and present expert assessments and proposals.
Draw up agrotechnical calendars and work plans and oversee their execution.
Support the production team in adopting new technologies, methods and inputs.
Make regular visits to the orchards to oversee the progress of the work and to advise.
Produce technical reports and present them to management.
Arrange staff training on current approaches in agronomy.
