Senior Technical Product Manager (AI) - Vault Medical

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on.
• Design, prototype, define, configure, and validate solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order
• Design, implement, iterate
• Be a storyteller. Author & design high-quality specifications and communicate specific, actionable requirements to your engineering teammates
• Be a team player. Work with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to build solutions that harmonize across Veeva applications
• AI Orchestration &
• Lead the design of production-ready AI Agent applications, focusing on data flow orchestration, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering
• Strategic Product Discovery: Navigate the probabilistic nature of AI by identifying high-impact use cases where LLMs can solve non-deterministic problems in Medical Affairs workflows
• Performance & Value Metrics: Define and track clear KPIs for AI success to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
