SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and strategic Assistant to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to act as a force multiplier for our product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Various Projects Organization
- Follow Up/Track Communication with 3d party Companies
- Product Department Sync. Meeting communication/FollowUp/Tracktion
- Product Department Meeting notes
- Stationary and Facility related task opening for Product Department
- Documentation Collection
- Provide support during normal business hours with flexibility as necessary to complete off-hours scheduling and special requests
- Stand Ups with HR/Recruitment
- Human resources related operations
- Communication with Product Managers for employee Hiring
