We are looking for a talented Senior Python Data Engineer to join our team and work on an exciting project in the pharmaceutical research sector. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing knowledge graphs that support target selection for drug discovery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and construct knowledge graphs, including mapping data to standard ontologies and reference data
- Design and implement ETL processes for integrating diverse datasets related to targets, diseases, phenotypes, and drugs
- Prepare data for machine learning applications, including creating queries for subgraphs and exporting data to adjacency matrices or tensors
