VTB Bank Armenia is growing quickly, and we are therefore looking for a Senior Specialist in the Help Desk department.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and coordinating the resolution of requests, enquiries and incidents.
Maintaining the JIRA system.
Granting bank staff access to the core banking system (Lsoft).
Basic user administration in Active Directory (AD), covering registration and changes to user groups.
Issuing the Bank's clients with access certificates for the Bank-Client system.
Installing standard and business applications on workstations within the department's remit.
Monitoring incidents that have occurred and developing measures to prevent them.
Resolving day-to-day questions and carrying out the group's current tasks.
Carrying out other duties and assignments from the head of department and the division director.
