QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Partner with manual testers to assist in the implementation of needed manual test cases
• Work closely with developers, product owners and testers to develop automated testing components; maintain automation scripts
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities in a web-based environment using automation tools, frameworks, and scripting tools such as Selenium, Apache Maven, TestNG, Rest Assured, Appium
• Record test progress and results using Allure Reporting
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Monitor debugging process results
• Develop and maintain quality automation code
