We are looking for a creative and independent Test Engineer. Our high speed buses & network products are leading in the markets with innovative ways to improve speed and bandwidth from one generation to another.

Responsibilities

IC Test definition & development (including test/HW debug)
Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield)
Ensure scalable testing & manufacturing for high speed interfaces
Direct our local and overseas manufacturing teams to transition new products to factories
What we need to see
B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
2+ years of relevant experience
Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
Multi-tasking capabilities
