Facilitate workshops to understand current ways of working andidentifyimprovement opportunities.
Create andmaintainprocess documentation using BPMN standards.
Develop practical and scalable solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
Build and implement automation and digital solutions
Design and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using workflow automation, low-code,AIand other digital technologies.
Translate business problems into practical solution concepts and rapidlyvalidatethem with users.
Drive Transformation Projects
Contribute to larger strategic transformation initiatives as a workstream lead or subject-matter expert
Drive Adoption and sustainable Change
Support business teams throughout the implementation of new processes and solutions.
