Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• This role will be supporting our designers with the following
• Design Creation
• Develop and execute creative designs for a range of marketing materials, including digital assets, social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, and print collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines, creating a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
• Concept Development
• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and copywriters to brainstorm and develop concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Revisions & Feedback: Work on design revisions based on feedback from clients and internal teams, maintaining high-quality standards through multiple iterations.
• Research & Inspiration: Stay informed about design trends, tools, and industry standards to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
• File Management: Prepare and organize final design files, ensuring assets are optimized for web, print, or other specified formats. Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, project managers, and the broader creative team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
