About This Position As a Billing Specialist in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting our clients as we onboard professionals in more than 180 countries! We are looking for someone with high energy and a laser-like attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the audit of Payroll and Billing
- Support creation and management of Billing related reports
- Generate bills to our clients using various cost reports
- Ensure accuracy on all client bills
- Protect company’s integrity by keeping client information confidential
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Process credit memos or billing adjustments when necessary.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial closing tasks.
