Responsibilities

• Together, we are building OneState, a mobile open-world MMO on Unity. Our Art team has established AAA process for developing lifelike graphics, with extensive use of advanced Art-Tech tools: splat masks, vertex painting, procedural generation, as well as various shaders. This variety of tools will give you a chance for experimental search for perfect result.
• Ability to build processes from scratch
• Two to three years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing a team, including employee training and development
• Skills in budget management and monthly planning
• Experience sourcing motion designers for outsourcing
• Managing a team of outsourced motion designers
• Building structure and workflows for the freelance department
