Director - Delivery Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements, including strategic planning, implementation, governance, and post-implementation support
• Ensure delivery metrics such as scope, schedule adherence, quality, budget compliance, and operational KPIs are consistently met across all engagements
• Manage multi-project portfolios and large cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across domains like engineering, quality assurance, business analysis, architecture, and DevOps
• Own the program governance model (SteerCo, WSR, MSR), engaging stakeholders at all delivery levels to maintain alignment on key deliverables and risks
• Take full accountability for the financial health of the client portfolio, including revenue recognition, profitability, and margin improvement
• Perform budget forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective action planning to meet financial targets
• Identify areas for cost optimization and drive OPEX reduction through automation, resource optimization, or enhanced delivery models
• Monitor resource utilization and productivity metrics across multiple projects
• Serve as the primary client liaison for senior-level relationships (e.g., Directors, VPs, CXOs)
• Translate client business challenges into actionable delivery strategies and maintain alignment with client objectives
