Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a Lead Game Designer to join the FTUE team for OneState, our unique Social RolePlay project with no direct equivalents in the mobile market.
- 4+ years of experience as a Game Designer / System Designer / Product Game Designer / Feature Owner
- Experience owning large features from ideation through implementation and build validation
- Ability to build effective communication with Dev, UI/UX, QA, and Production teams
- Experience making independent design decisions and articulating the rationale behind them
- Experience developing mobile F2P games
- Experience mentoring or functionally leading other Game Designers
- Game Design Leadership
- Assign features across designers, review documentation and design decisions
- Participate in hiring and onboarding Game Designers, provide regular feedback, and support team development
