We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development and solid hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred but not a must-have) to join a project focused on AI-driven automation in the insurance domain, specifically building a system for submission processing and document automation. Schedule: 5 am-1 pm EST (11:00-20:00 Kyiv time).

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Architect systems to reduce risks related to availability, latency, and efficiency
Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and optimize their performance
Apply GPT, OCR / Document Intelligence, Azure AI Services, and Vector stores to real-world automation use cases
Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to build solutions for automation of insurance processes
Contribute to architectural discussions with a focus on scalability and maintainability
Manage CI/CD pipelines and application deployment using Azure DevOps and Docker / Container Apps
Support production deployments and environment configuration
Apply SRE best practices, define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
