We're looking for a SAP Manager to join our team in Portugal in a fully remote working mode. In this senior leadership role, you will lead and unify the SAP practice across functional and technical disciplines, including Logistics/SCM, FICO and ABAP/technical engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead and unify the SAP practice, providing consistent direction across functional and technical teams
- Build and develop high-performing teams of practice leads, architects, consultants and engineers
- Manage hiring, utilization, performance management and compensation within the SAP organization
- Foster mentoring, knowledge sharing and global collaboration to strengthen delivery capabilities
- Define and execute the SAP practice strategy to drive growth and market leadership
- Establish SAP architecture standards, development methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Promote innovation through AI-assisted development, automation and modern DevOps practices
- Provide hands-on enterprise and solution architecture leadership
- Oversee enterprise-scale SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA implementations and ECC modernization
- Ensure delivery quality through architecture reviews, coding standards, ATC checks and reusable assets
