We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our integration team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, structuring complex integration processes, and producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project goals..
Lead and facilitate meetings with clients to drive discussions and gather necessary information..
Analyze and document integration requirements, including creation of clear and comprehensive technical documentation..
Visualize integration processes and system interactions using diagrams, preferably UML sequence diagrams..
Interpret and structure technical documentation, API specifications, integration guides (endpoints, methods, headers, request/response schemas) into clear, structured technical documentation..
Document error-handling scenarios and acceptance criteria for integration use cases..
Maintain consistency and version control of technical documentation across a knowledge base or wiki..
Prepare client-facing documentation, ensuring sensitive internal details are appropriately handled before external sharing
