Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on.
• • Providing technical expertise to the sales team to partner with them in business development
• • Driving forward client engagements via discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demos, developer Q&As, and more
• • Acting as a project owner during complex merchant integrations, aligning internal and external stakeholders, creating implementation plans, and mitigating risks proactively
• • Comfortable implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments and advising developers on integration best practices
• • Confidence and ease in leading discovery sessions, joining presentations at C-level, and working with technical counterparts at some of the largest merchants
• • Deep interest or knowledge about tech, understanding, explaining, and designing complex technical solutions is second nature to you
• • Project management skills, you’re organised, proactive, and can lead integrations involving multiple teams and dependencies
• • A collaborative approach, you work well with clients, partners, and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales)
