Responsibilities
- Lead by doing
- Contribute to core systems while modeling high standards in code quality, testing, and design.
- Guide architectural evolution
- Drive cross-team initiatives that move our systems toward simplicity, scalability, and testability.
- Coach and mentor
- Support engineers at all levels through pairing, design reviews, and hands-on coaching in XP practices.
- Simplify complexity
- Design elegant solutions to deep technical challenges in performance, reliability, and distributed rendering.
- Unblock and empower: Spot risks early, resolve systemic bottlenecks, and establish good defaults that let teams move quickly and confidently.
- Champion sustainable quality: Promote practices like TDD, pair programming, and continuous delivery to keep development fast without sacrificing stability.
