Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• AI Orchestration &
• Lead the design of production-ready AI Agent applications, focusing on data flow orchestration, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering.
• Strategic Product Discovery: Navigate the probabilistic nature of AI by identifying high-impact use cases where LLMs can solve non-deterministic problems in the MLR and Medical Inquiry workflows.
• Performance & Value Metrics: Define and track clear KPIs for AI success, such as “Reduction in MLR Review Cycles”, “Inference Accuracy”, and “Automated Reference Matching Precision” to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
• Prototype to Production
• Drive hands-on design and development of AI prototypes while ensuring they meet the rigorous scalability and quality standards of the Veeva Vault platform.
• Process Automation
• Partner with Engineering and UX to automate key business processes, such as identifying compliance risks in promotional materials or triaging complex medical inquiries.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Evangelism: Work with Application PMs to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly and present the value proposition to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
