We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio to support the documentation, analysis, and optimization of our core business processes. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT development/implementation teams, ensuring that end-to-end (E2E) processes are accurately captured, maintained, and fully aligned with modern SAP system capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture, map, and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using SAP Signavio
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and standardization opportunities; leverage process mining and analytics insights within Signavio to drive continuous improvement
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process models for SAP implementation and IT teams
- Ensure that mapped processes align with standard SAP best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and the organization's broader digital transformation roadmap
- Support change management initiatives by providing process documentation, training materials, and driving user adoption; maintain process governance and repository standards within SAP Signavio
- Partner closely with enterprise architects, functional SAP consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.), and project managers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of transformation projects
