We're looking for a Chief AI-Native Engineer to join our team in Malaga, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the development of a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform, driving end-to-end delivery from system design to implementation in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy AI-driven solutions for next-generation financial assistant features
- Architect and implement backend components and APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Maintain high-quality, scalable systems leveraging AWS cloud, Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Collaborate on frontend development with React (TypeScript) and integrated AI-driven UI components
- Apply AI-assisted programming approaches and modern engineering practices
- Gather requirements from high-level definitions, perform system design and ensure robustness across edge cases
- Work closely with engineering peers to define and iterate on product capabilities in an agile and lean setup
- Ensure automated testing, reliability and best practices throughout the development lifecycle
