This role sits at the intersection of communications, AI, and experience design. You will help customers across APJ — design and build next-generation customer engagement experiences powered by Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform.
Responsibilities

- Discovery & Scoping
- Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and core value drivers.
- Translate complex customer requirements into high-level future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Product Demonstrations
- Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for audiences ranging from front-line staff to C-level executives.
- Support: Address technical objections, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and partner closely with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures.
