We're looking for a UX Researcher to work with us on client projects, on a B2B basis. In this role, you will lead and support research initiatives across a variety of digital products and services, helping clients make informed product and business decisions through user-centered insights.
Responsibilities
- Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Our mission is to help our clients Unleash Digital Potential™.
- Our uniqueness comes from going beyond design craft. As we wrote in our manifestos - Strategic Design - Manifest and Strategic Design - The Future of Design - design craft is only 10% of success. The other 90% - the Invisible 90% - is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.
- That’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design - and we want you to be part of it.
- In this role, you will lead and support research initiatives across a variety of digital products and services, helping clients make informed product and business decisions through user-centered insights.
- You will work closely with designers, strategists, developers, data analysts and stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions and shape exceptional customer experiences.
- Synthesizing and communicating findings to inspire design and product decisions and create visibility across departments.
- Collaborating with other researchers and with an interdisciplinary team, including designers, strategists, developers and data analysts.
- Deep understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.
- Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas.
