EPM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of company SIM cards, including issuance, replacement, suspension, activation, and return.
• Provide SIM cards and related services to company employees.
• Maintain accurate records of SIM cards, assigned phone numbers, employees, departments, tariffs, and current statuses.
• Communicate with mobile service providers regarding activations, tariff changes, roaming services, technical issues, and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks within the Corporate IT Department according to department and priority
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the agreed deadlines.
• Maintain task lists, reports, documentation, and inventory records.
• Cooperate with Corporate IT
• Support, Administration, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other internal departments.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the responsible team leader or Head of Corporate IT.
