Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
Identify new product opportunities and proactively propose improvements based on user, business, and market needs
Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
Act as the product owner for key initiatives, making informed decisions and balancing business, user, and technical priorities.
Coordinate daily work across Engineering, QA
Design, Marketing, and Operations teams
Create, prioritize, and manage tasks in Jira
Lead stand-ups, planning sessions, and regular follow-ups to keep projects moving
Working in the CRM system to analyze funnel bottlenecks and the reasons for patient churn
Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure deadlines are met
