Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Craft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces. We care about implementation ease as much as we care about pixel-perfection.
• Own the content. Designers at Tremendous own the product copy in their designs.
• Strategic influence.
• Contribute to the team’s vision, planning, and roadmap.
• Contribute to our design system. Consistency is a big part of usability, especially for a financial platform. We aim to leave the system better than we found it.
• Document heavily. We're an async, international team. Your Notion docs and Figma files should give anyone clear context, constraints, and options without a meeting.
• Use AI throughout your workflow.
• Research, prototyping, and iteration. We expect designers to prototype with AI tools and bring working artifacts to the team.
• Help raise the bar. Push forward and maintain a high design bar and level of execution.
• Design for a diverse set of recipients, with accessibility and internationalization in mind.
