Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, including related financial reporting requirements
• Prepare and review reconciliations of tax-related general ledger accounts
• Oversee and coordinate the preparation of U.S. federal, state, and international tax returns, as well as non-income and informational filings with external service providers
• Support the preparation and review of tax return workpapers, ensuring alignment with financial reporting
• Review state income tax apportionment calculations, state filings, and select pro forma federal returns prepared by external advisors
• Calculate and prepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax payments
• Maintain and manage the global tax compliance calendar in collaboration with third-party providers
• Partner with external advisors on the annual R&D tax credit study, including data collection, analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders
