We are looking for a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to join a self-directed product team, collaborating closely with Product Managers to refine user stories and validate technical solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The core product environment centers on the AI Hub, a centralized Generative AI platform built on Azure, utilizing OpenAI LLMs, Azure AI Search, and open-source Python libraries for scalable, secure, and maintainable services.
Responsibilities
- Build applications that create, transform, or analyze content such as text, images, voice, or code using large generative models and foundation models
- Develop chatbots, content generators, summarizers, and semantic search systems
- Deploy GenAI applications such as RAG chat, automation, and NLP interfaces
- Design and build an agentic framework to support scalable AI solutions
- Construct an unstructured data pipeline to ingest, enrich, and make diverse data sources available for research and AI applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine user stories and validate technical solutions
- Ensure delivery of secure, maintainable, and scalable AI services on the Azure platform
