We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join a Product & Development team working on an enterprise-level integration and automation platform. The platform operates in the iPaaS domain, enabling seamless system integration, workflow automation, and adoption of AI / ML / MLOps capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications
Build backend services supporting integration, automation and AI-enabled features Write clean, maintainable and testable code following TDD/BDD principles Work extensively with PostgreSQL, including complex SQL queries and performance optimization Ensure application performance, reliability and scalability
Collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional teams Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
