- Lead project planning, timelines, resource coordination and communication across teams.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the successful delivery of CGI or creative projects, on time and within scope.
- Manage risks, scope changes and documentation with clarity and precision.
- Manage internal and vendor delivery teams to consistently deliver projects according to expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets in alignment with scope, timeline and resource allocation.
