We are building a technology startup in Armenia and are looking for a cartographic designer for our land bank division! The project is about development, creating public spaces, and growing the ecology direction in Armenia.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and laying out cadastral and satellite maps.
- Plotting the boundaries of land plots, sites, roads, engineering infrastructure, routes and other project data onto maps.
- Working with satellite imagery, cadastral plans, site layouts and technical materials.
- Creating map symbols, labels, legends, colour coding and explanatory infographics.
- Preparing situation plans, site layout diagrams and other cartographic materials.
- Working in AutoCAD: creating and editing drawings, working with layers, dimensions and blocks, laying out and preparing drawings for print.
- Preparing presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Structuring information, creating infographics, laying out diagrams, tables and charts.
- Adapting complex technical information for clients, investors and management.
- Working with contractors and with members of the project team.
