“Huawei Technologies Armenia” LLC is looking for a suitable candidate for the Cloud Specialist to be as 'Cloud Solution Architect', who will drive Huawei Cloud adoption by designing technical architectures, handling migration, and providing post-sales support.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to customers in the CIS region to achieve optimal results when implementing and using company solutions in multicloud environments and software-defined networks (product stack: vSphere, VCF, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite).
- Identification of customer needs and search for effective solutions in the form of projects for the introduction of new products or migration from obsolete technology stacks.
- Collaborate with senior management, technical teams and team leaders from clients to achieve customer success.
- Assist customers in solving everyday problems and issues in their infrastructure.
- Advising clients on cost balance, performance and requirements of their public/private cloud.
- Act as an intermediary between customers and company.
- Preparing materials for presentations to customers about new VMware products and providing information on their use.
