Junior Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our internal support team for B2B retail. This role is focused entirely on helping colleagues across the company: account managers, commercial and operations teams reach out when something doesn't work as expected, and you find out why and fix it. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into how things work, likes solving puzzles, and wants to grow in a friendly international team. You'll work in a small team of two, closely with the team lead.
• 1+ year of experience in technical or customer support
