We are looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join the Operational Tooling team and support the strategic growth of the business. As a Senior Developer, you will work with a team of developers situated across the UK and Europe to deliver a greenfield project focused on creating end-to-end processes, UIs, and backend services for the creation and administration of Financial Indexes at scale.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver software solutions that align with architecture, operational, and risk processes
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
Ensure high-quality product through the validation and verification testing of functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with internal teams (including Product Owners/Business and other technology teams) and vendors to build and improve products
Communicate with clarity, precision, and influence, presenting complex information in a concise format that is audience-appropriate
Contribute and participate in discussions with colleagues to add value to the delivery
Attend regular Agile ceremonies and team meetings to align and provide input
Demonstrate mastery in using AI agentic tools in daily work to deliver working software quickly
