• Now we’re looking for Strategic Designers - the changemakers who lead our projects from the very beginning through launch, turning complexity into clarity and vision into reality.
• As Flying Bisons shifts further toward strategic design, the Strategic Designer role is becoming the backbone of our delivery model. Strategic Designers lead the entire flow - from initial offer, research, strategy, concept, and validation through UX/UI design and development support.
• A Partner is your main point of contact and the Delivery Director supports the engagement. The project's success is yours to own.
• Leading high-stakes projects end-to-end, from framing the challenge to launch readiness.
• Bridging business, design and technology, speaking the language of each.
• Guarding the design vision against organizational chaos, ensuring it reaches users intact.
• Collaborating with stream leaders, researchers, designers and developers to deliver measurable impact.
