We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of Agentforce Generative AI agents. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and a strong technical background in Salesforce platform optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and team members to design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce
- Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and report progress
- Communicate effectively to align solutions with business and team objectives
- Manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
- Conduct technical research and analysis to recommend optimized solutions to business challenges
- Develop new functionalities and enhancements based on provided requirements and insights
- Provide support during the maintenance phase, improving performance, refactoring code, and adding enhancements
