Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of robust Ruby on Rails applications and backend services
• Own technical solutions for features related to integrations, automation and AI-driven functionality Define scalable architecture patterns and ensure long-term maintainability of systems Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching and best practices
• Build clean, testable and high-quality code using TDD/BDD approaches Optimize PostgreSQL databases, improve query performance and support data-intensive workloads
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects and distributed engineering teams to deliver business value
• Drive continuous improvement across development workflows, CI/CD quality and release processes Take ownership of critical initiatives from concept through production delivery
