We have an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join out Digital Technology team here at Harrods. This role is responsible for supporting and overall service of all production and non-production application environments across the digital estate, as well as ownership and management of all associated deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

Maintaining/Triaging incidents/requests and complex problems in Harrods ITSM tool and work Queue.
Improving, building, and supporting the deployment pipelines across all environments, and coordinating with the Test Manager to ensure releases are planned and deployed on schedule
Supports the agile process by effectively breaking down user stories into manageable tasks, supporting the sprint refinement sessions and highlighting missed requirements and areas that need to be analysed and included
Learning about new tools and processes and generally keeping up-to-date with technological advances, seeking opportunities to share knowledge and encouraging others to research or lear
