We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer (Swift) . You will build and evolve an enterprise iOS app in our China Delivery Team, shaping technical decisions, improving performance and raising engineering standards through reviews and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Make technical decisions on iOS design, architecture and delivery approach
- Build and maintain iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit aligned with Apple Human Interface Guidelines
- Lead planning activities including estimation, scope breakdown and delivery coordination when needed
- Review code, improve quality and coach peers on engineering practices
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues across memory, threading and responsiveness
- Collaborate with product, QA and other teams to unblock delivery and reduce rework
- Present solution proposals and technical updates to stakeholders
- Support hiring through technical interviews and onboarding guidance
