We are looking for a data-driven Business Data Analyst to join our Partner Performance Analytics Team. This role is focused on analyzing partner business performance, evaluating bonus campaign effectiveness, identifying growth opportunities and business risks, and providing actionable recommendations that drive partner success and company profitability.
Responsibilities
- Analyze partner performance across key business metrics and identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of bonus campaigns, promotional activities, and retention initiatives
- Assess the impact of bonuses and promotional costs on revenue, profitability, retention, and player behavior
- Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and underperforming business areas through data analysis
- Prepare actionable recommendations to improve partner performance and business outcomes
- Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
