Lead/Senior C++ Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance core components of an FPGA timing engine.
• Develop high-performance C++ software for timing analysis, optimization, and related compiler infrastructure.
• Work with scalable concurrent data structures and algorithms in performance-sensitive code paths.
• Contribute to graph-based algorithms and data models used in timing analysis and FPGA compilation flows.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar tools to improve engineering productivity and deliver valuable contributions.
• Review code, improve engineering practices, and help establish strong quality standards for a newly forming team.
• Cultivate a collaborative team environment, mentor junior engineers, support their technical growth and continuous learning.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly through design discussions, documentation, and code reviews.
