We're looking for a Sample Manager LIMS Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will provide continuous post-implementation support, configuration and enhancements for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS
- Collaborate with laboratory users and IT teams to address system needs and inquiries
- Manage system configuration, user access and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents while minimizing system downtime
- Handle change and problem management activities aligned with ITIL processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes and system changes according to organizational standards
- Support report and dashboard configurations, workflows and customizations to meet operational needs
