Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan team activities, assign tasks, and monitor execution to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and development of banking software systems and IT infrastructure
• Organize technical issue and incident management, including root cause analysis and preventive measures
• Coordinate system performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability initiatives
• Oversee and improve deployment, upgrade, and change management processes
• Ensure the implementation and development of monitoring, logging, and observability systems
• Coordinate security updates, vulnerability management, backup, and recovery processes
• Promote automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with other IT and business units on joint projects and issue resolution
• Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives aimed at improving the department’s efficiency
