Lead Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead computer-vision solutions for object detection, tracking, re-identification, action recognition and segmentation
• Drive model selection and experiments with YOLO, Transformer, ViT and RF-DETR
• Guide the use and fine-tuning of Vision-Language Models for CV tasks
• Optimize models for production using TensorRT, ONNX and OpenVINO
• Architect multi-camera tracking and video-analytics systems
• Manage the MLOps lifecycle: training, deployment and monitoring
• Mentor and review the code of data scientists and engineers
• Present technical direction and solution architecture to stakeholders
