Senior Platform Architect

Responsibilities

• Own Production Readiness and Activation
• Act as the single owner of customers' scale-proof production readiness
• Drive the first production workflow and reduce time-to-production
• Establish guardrails and best practices for reliability, failure handling, scaling, and upgrades
• Make developers Temporal SDK experts, make customer platform architects Temporal Server and SDK best practice experts
• Set up alerting to catch issues before customers do
• Work on your assigned customers' most difficult tickets and problems
• Identify and remove activation blockers early before they become escalations
• Optimize costs and performance with customers
• Run the Customer's Technical Program
